Lumière Fibre/TDF

In 2018, we began our operations in France. We applied for several tenders from Lumière Fibre / TDF. We won turnkey projects in two departments: Yvelines and Maine-et-Loire.

The turnkey project includes engineering, network surveying with GIS, network surveying, project planning, construction work, cable installation, splicing, and all the necessary licenses for the execution and completion of the FTTH project.

So far, we have signed 4 contracts with Lumière Fibre / TDF, and the total business volume exceeds 48 million euros.

Details

By the end of September 2023, we will have the planning, approval and construction of:

Transport network of 23 central offices (NROs)

Distribution network of 187 PMs/SROs

54,500 homes connected

3,400 km of fiber optics installed

GEODESIA

Enlightening your networks

JF Telekomm was one of the first engineering companies to launch Altice’s “megaproject” – Geodesia – in 2021/2022.

With over 100,000 homes designed in collaboration with Geodesia Telekommunikation, we are one of the companies with the most homes, spread across approximately 94 projects in Saarland and the Rhineland.

Our planning teams are in constant contact with Deutsche Glasfaser engineers and designers to overcome all obstacles.

Programs and skills

The client has its own design and data management programs, which we had to adopt. Even before day one, we had a full team dedicated to DG, fully understanding the needs and rules of each program.

OXG

Vodafone

We are now starting a completely new project for a new partner, OXG. The company was born out of a collaboration between two giants in the telecommunications world: Vodafone and Altice.

JF Telekomm will start with 50,000 HPs in the city of Mainz, divided into 10 different polygons. The first two have already been delivered and accepted with great satisfaction by the OXG project team.

Details

The delivery process consists of three main steps:

  • HLD Access – Preliminary design with splitting and clustering scenario;
  • HLD Build Out – Same as HLD Access, plus aggregated data from Vodafone;
  • LLD – Final design, ready to be delivered to construction and the client.

All projects are monitored from the outset to ensure reliable information and avoid unforeseen events that may occur on site.

Deutsche GigaNetz GmbH / STEL

Deutschland

We are currently also building in Germany. In 2025, we entered into a partnership with STEL to build an FTTH network in three different cities for the Deutsche GigaNetz GmbH: 

  • Diez​
  • Heidenrod​
  • Weillmunster

Details

The project includes only construction and wiring work:

  • Open trenches on any type of surface;
  • Pipe laying;
  • Trench filling;
  • Cable blowing.

All projects are monitored from the outset to ensure reliable information and avoid unforeseen events that may occur on site.

Deutsche Telekom​

We are now collaborating with another company on a Deutsche Telekom project in the Lahr and Fellbach region.

JF Telekomm is responsible for the engineering, building permit, and production of all equipment on site.

With over 30 km of trenches to be built, it is essential to have a strong back office to meet Telekom’s requirements.
